Bambalam

Andrew and Dorey had their wedding in Brooklyn with the ceremony and reception at BAM. It was a gorgeous, warm fall day that started with preparations at Andrew and Dorey's brownstone on a quaint tree-lined street not far from Downtown Brooklyn.

Andrew is a photographer which would explain the beautiful Ansel Adams print on the wall.

Dorey and her father waits anxiously for Andrew as they will see each other for the first time as bride and groom.

You would not believe me if I told you that the crowd is gathered in Dumbo to see an elephant paint. See for yourself here. Or more images from OQ62's Flickr page.

Vincent and Cara

Vincent and Cara had a very beautiful and intimate ceremony in Central Park with a grand reception at the Boat House.

After the reception ended in the late afternoon we walked around the park when we met Thoth who serenaded the couple. If you ever find yourself in Central Park on a weekend I highly recommend stopping to see Thoth. More info here.

Patrick and Katy, CT

I have only been to Connecticut once in my life, despite it being only a hop and a skip away from NYC. A few weeks ago it was time for my second visit up north. It was probably also the second time in my life that I had to wake up really really early.
The pain of waking up a few hours before sunrise was immediately offset by the amazing wedding that Patrick and Katy threw in Westport. It had been raining most of the previous night and the early morning but just in time for the ceremony the sun came out and exposed a clear blue Long Island Sound.

The band was absolutely exceptional. I was told they often play up in CT and I highly recommend checking them out. Click here for info.
