• How long do we have to wait to see the pictures?

It is my objective to present you with the digital proofs on your personal website within one week following the wedding. Within four weeks of the wedding you will receive all the images and your bound proof album.

• What do I do with the digital images?

The digital images have been corrected and prepared for print. You have the option of taking your images to any photo lab of your choice and make as many reprints as you’d like. You may also order prints and albums through me. Your choice!

• Do you offer albums?

Yes, I offer a variety of digitally designed coffee table books.

• How many hours are included?

My standard package is designed to give you as complete coverage as possible. Since I want to be able to document the whole event I include up to 11 hours of coverage on the day of the wedding.

• How many pictures do you take?

The number of images that I take at a wedding varies depending on the length of the event. On average I will expose around 2,000 frames and edit that down to about 450 to 600 images.

• What is your photography style?

My style is mainly photojournalistic. This means that I do not try to control the surroundings. I work hard to capture the real events as they happen.

• How long have you been photographing weddings?

I have been photographing weddings since the summer of 2000 and I have long ago lost count of how many events I have covered. It all started when I was invited by a wedding photographer to help out at a wedding and I have been hooked on it ever since. I look at every wedding differently in my attempt to capture the unique and individual moments.

• Digital or film?

All my work is digital. The digital format allows me full control of the image and I am therefore able to deliver the quality that is expected of me.

• Do you do any formal or posed shots?

Yes, I always do formal group portraits and also portraits of the bride and groom. I ask each couple to come up with a list of the desired group pictures and then work with the bride and groom to set aside a brief period of time for the group portraits. It is my objective to be as unobtrusive as possible and to prevent any interruptions in the natural flow of the day. This is why I try to limit the portraits session to 30 minutes or less.

• Do you shoot both black and white and color?

Yes, the final product is a mix of black and white and color. All images are captured in color and then I will select the black and white images. In the final product I also include a separate disc with color versions of the black and white images. This is so that you have all options available.
